Metro Express Car Wash

I’ve been extremely impressed with this car wash. The facility is brand new, modern, and very well maintained. Everything feels clean, organized, and thoughtfully laid out, making the entire experience quick and convenient. What really stands out is the value. Even the cheapest wash is reasonably priced, yet you still get access to a ton of amenities. They provide free towels, complimentary disposable interior wipes, powerful vacuums, and air stations to blow dirt and debris out of carpets, floor mats, and hard-to-reach areas. Having all of those available at no extra charge is a huge plus and makes it easy to leave with a truly clean vehicle inside and out. The wash itself does a great job, and the equipment feels much newer than many of the other car washes in the area. The staff has also been consistently friendly and helpful every time I’ve visited, which goes a long way. Overall, this has quickly become my go-to car wash in Spokane Valley. Between the reasonable pricing, modern facility, free amenities, and excellent customer service, it offers a level of value that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.

This is the worst location I've used. Terrible water pressure and the blowers never dry the back end of my truck. Consistently have soap on both mirrors after the wash and the vacuums are almost always broken. The air blowers are all missing the tips and the towels have been anything but clean. Starting to wonder why I am paying for two vehicles every month when I have to hand wash part of my truck every single time. I've been going to the one on Freya but it is really, really out of my way. Maybe switching back to a competitor soon if things aren't properly adjusted. If it wasn't for the great staff, I would already be gone.

I signed up for the unlimited monthly plan, I paid on February 6th and on March 1st they were in my account trying to get another payment , not even thirty days. When I tried to go through the car washed on the 3rd of March they refused me, and I should have been paid through the 5th of March. The manager Said it was because of the short month of February, that should have given me more days than taking them away. I will go try there competitor as there customer service at metro was horrible!!!
